Supervision & Professional Development
A reflective space for counsellors, therapists and mental health professionals to deepen their practice and connect with the heart and soul of their work
'The Cost of Caring’ - An introduction to Vicarious Trauma, Compassion Fatigue and Therapist Burnout
Location: Online Zoom, I'm based in Sheffield, UK
Date: Wednesday 23rd of September 2026
Time: 9:30am - 11:30am (BST)
Fee: £25
During this CPD workshop we will explore Vicarious Trauma, Compassion Fatigue and Therapist Burnout. My aim is to increase therapist awareness, by offering information, encouraging sharing of ideas and some experiential practice, hopefully adding more skills to your therapist self-care tool kit. We will have the opportunity to explore signs and begin to consider ways we can take responsibility for our wellbeing to continue to grow from our client encounters and sustaining our therapeutic work with clients. We will also reflect on our ethical responsibilities regarding self-care.

1-1 Supervision

Location: Remotely or In-person (S35, Sheffield, UK)
Fee: £60 - 60 Minutes / £85 - 90 Minutes
Offering clinical supervision grounded in ethical practice, relational depth and reflective inquiry.. My training was rooted in the Hawkins and Shohet Seven-Eyed Model, providing a structured yet flexible framework that supports safe and thoughtful practice.
Alongside this, I bring a creative and embodied lens to supervision, allowing space to explore not only client work and ethical considerations, but also your experience as a practitioner within the wider system.
This is a supervision space that supports emotional resilience, and ongoing development, while also recognising and valuing your strengths, clinical instincts and growth as a therapist in your practice.

Creative Supervision Group
Location: In-person, S35, Sheffield, UK
Date | Time: Saturday 10am once a month - Wednesday 6:00pm once a month
Fee: £35
All creative materials will be provided.
This creative supervision group offers a relaxed and supportive space for qualified counsellors who are curious about bringing greater creativity and awareness to their practice.
Alongside discussion of clinical work, ethical considerations and professional development, the group incorporates creative approaches that can help illuminate aspects of the therapeutic process that may be difficult to access through words alone. Drawing, imagery, metaphor and reflective exercises may be used to support exploration, insight, and understanding.

This creative supervision group will provide an opportunity to learn from the perspectives and experiences of fellow practitioners, reduce professional isolation and deepen your relationship with both your client work and yourself as a therapist.
I am currently gathering expressions of interest for this monthly Creative Group Supervision programme. The group will launch once sufficient numbers are reached. As an ongoing membership group, participants will have the opportunity to build trust, develop supportive professional relationships and engage in deeper reflective work over time.
If this sounds like something that would support your practice, I would love to hear from you

Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

I offer engaging and interactive workplace wellbeing workshops tailored to the unique needs of your organisation. Sessions are delivered in person, in the UK, workshop lengths are from 2–4 hours, depending on your requirements.
Workshops can combine psychoeducation with experiential practices, helping participants better understand topics such as stress, burnout, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, communication and self-care strategies. Using a blend of discussion, breathwork, creative reflection, and practical tools, participants gain insights they can take back into both their work and daily lives.
These workshops are particularly valuable for teams working in busy, demanding environments where opportunities to pause and attend to wellbeing can be limited. All sessions are tailored to your organisation and designed to be engaging and relevant to the people in the room.
To enquire, please email me your organisations detail and we can arrange a free 30-minute call to discuss your organisation's needs, preferred workshop length and fees.
